1. ELIGIBILITY

The Tommy Hilfiger Shop & Spin Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (including Guam) and Canada. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A., Inc., The Reward Company, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies or individuals involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules. By entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

Administrator: The Reward Company, Inc. d/b/a TLC Marketing Worldwide, 60 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10013.

3. TIMING

The Sweepstakes entry period begins on November 16, 2023 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 13, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws.

4. HOW TO ENTER AND HAVE A CHANCE TO PLAY THE SHOP & SPIN GAME

During the Entry Period there are two ways to receive an opportunity to play the Shop & Spin Game. 

Method 1: Anyone who is a Hilfiger Club Member that purchases at least US$200 (for US residents) or CAD$200 (for Canadian residents) of product(s) after any discounts in a single transaction (excluding gift cards) at Tommy Hilfiger stores or online during the Entry Period will have the chance to play the Shop & Spin Game. Once you have made the qualifying purchase you can go online and complete the required redemption process. Residents of the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec) will go to www.tlc.hilfigerclubrewards.com. Residents of Quebec will go to www.tlc.hilfigerclubsrewards.-fr.ca. Once the Administrator has verified the redemption, in its sole discretion, an email will be sent to the email address provided with registration. The email will contain details and invite the user to play the Shop & Spin Game. Then you go to the website (www.tlc.hilfigerclubrewards.com or www.tlc.hilfigerclubsrewards.-fr.ca) to play the Shop & Spin Game. All plays on the Shop & Spin Game must occur before December 28, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Game Play Deadline”). Becoming a Hilfiger Club Member is free. 

Method 2: Hand printing your name, mailing address, email address, birthdate, and phone number on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mailing with proper postage to: Tommy Hilfiger Shop & Spin Sweepstakes c/o TLC Marketing Worldwide 60 Hudson Street, #1809, New York, New York 10013. By mailing a write-in entry, you will receive one chance to play the Shop & Spin Game. The Administrator will play the game on your behalf. If you are a winner, you will be informed via email what your prize is. All mail write-in entries must be postmarked by December 13, 2023 and received by December 28, 2023. There is a limit of one (1) mail write-in entry per envelope per person. Each envelope is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant will be void. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win. Mail in entries prize will be determined based on date and time receiving their entry.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all associated entries will be void. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Sweepstakes entries or postage-due or stolen entries or mail; all of which will be ineligible to win a prize. In the event of a dispute as to any entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to be awarded the prize.

5. WINNER DETERMINATION AND ODDS

There are 2,400 random, computer-generated prizes which will be time stamped and awarded to the first registered user who plays the Shop & Spin Game on or immediately after a predetermined time, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, from the beginning of the Entry Period through the Game Play Deadline. The clock of the Administrator’s server(s) shall be the sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Sweepstakes. IN THE EVENT OF AN UNCLAIMED OR FORFEITED PRIZE, SUCH PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED. If you are deemed to be a potential Prize Winner, then you will instantly be presented with a page showing the applicable Prize for which you are a potential Prize Winner. If you entered via mailing in, you will be emailed your Prize. Anyone that entered via Method 1 (as described above) is automatically guaranteed a $200 Hotel Credit. If the prize they win is of a greater value, they will not receive the $200 Hotel Credit. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received (or postmarked) during the Entry Period.

6. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. A POTENTIAL WINNER OF A PRIZE IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE WEBSITE SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE POTENTIAL WINNER’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY ENTRY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED DEFECTIVE AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, seeding, printing, digital or programming failures, or other reasons or any errors cause more than the indicated number of prizes to be available and/or claimed in the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prize(s) allocated to the Sweepstakes Period as per these Official Rules. Sponsor’s liability for a defective or irregular gameplay/entry is replaced with another randomly selected game play/entry if timely and otherwise feasible and in accordance with these Official Rules.

7. VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS

ONLY FOR RESIDENTS OF CANADA: BEFORE BEING DECLARED AS A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, an eligible winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Administrator, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Administrator’s form of declaration and release).

All potential winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) for Sponsor to use if it wishes to promote the winner in connection with the Sweepstakes by the date specified by Administrator, or an alternate potential winner may be selected. Potential winner will also be required to submit a valid shipping address in the US or Canada. In the event: (a) the potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted or the potential winner notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable; (b) the potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) the potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, (e) the potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, (f) the potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations or (g) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (only for residents of Canada), the potential winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and an alternate potential winner may be selected, at Administrator’s sole discretion, from among the remaining eligible entries received in accordance with the winner determination mechanism outlined above. Administrator reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of alternate potential winner, if any. If the potential winner provides a photo and statement to Sponsor for its use in promoting the winner in connection with the Sweepstakes, winner represents and warrants that he/she owns all rights necessary (including, without limitation, from the photographer) to grant to Sponsor the right to use the photo and statement in any manner, in any and all media now or hereafter developed (including, but not limited it, on Sponsor’s websites and social media accounts), in connection with advertising and promoting the Sweepstakes, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission from winner or any third party.

8. PRIZES

There are 2,400 prizes available to be won as follows:

Details regarding Hotel Stay / Hotel Credit:  Prize shall be delivered as a credit powered by Expedia from TLC Rewards via a username and pin number to use on https://en-us.travelcredits.com. A username and pin number will be provided to customers via email. Each eligible customer who receives a username and pin have until 12/31/24 to book their hotel booking through the Booking Site from date of sending. Credit card required to redeem. Travel Credits full terms and conditions apply. See Appendix A below for full Terms and Conditions.

Anyone that entered via Method 1 (as described above) is automatically guaranteed a $200 Hotel Credit. If a prize is won the participant will receive the  prize and not the $200 Hotel Credit.

For all prizes: Administrator reserves the right to substitute the listed prizes (or portion thereof) for one of comparable or greater value for any reason. Prizes are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee by Administrator or Sponsor. Prize winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Prize winners may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e., Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). Prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules Administrator is not responsible for shipping delays or issues. If the packaged is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the prize winner will be responsible for any additional fees associated with additional shipping costs. There is no cash alternative for this sweepstakes.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for Sponsor and any of its designees to use and/or publish winner’s full name, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), travel destination and/or statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, social media, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Released Parties shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award the prize to entrant, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of a prize winner to accept the prize for any reason; (f) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsor’s or Administrator’s reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of the prize (including the use of any product provided as part of the prize) or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or any promotion or prize related activities. The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or with any Website promoting the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses, or the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries. If Administrator determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right, to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes, including the entire Sweepstakes promotion, and/or modify the Sweepstakes and/or award the prize from all eligible entries received as of the termination date or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY; FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death, which may occur in connection with preparation for, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in any Sweepstakes-related or prize-related activity and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person’s computer or other device, regardless of how caused, relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. Entrants and winner acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or any component thereof, including, but not limited to, express warranties provided by the supplier of a prize (or any component thereof) or their affiliates. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in New York County, State of New York. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have.

12. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

Sponsor will not collect, store, or receive your personal information. Personal information collected from entrants will be collected and stored pursuant to Administrator’s Privacy Policy (https://www.tlcmarketing.com/legals/). Your personal information is not collected on behalf of Sponsor.

13. WINNERS LIST

For Sweepstakes results, send an email with the subject line of “Winners List – Tommy Hilfiger Shop & Spin Sweepstakes” to hilfigerclubsweepstakes@tlcrewards.com. Requests for the Winner’s List must be received within 2 months of the end of the Entry Period.

Terms and Conditions

1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as one (1) of the below: 
   1. One (1) two hundred ($200) Travel Credit
   2. One (1) three hundred ($300) Travel Credit
   3. One (1) four Hundred ($400) Travel Credit
   4. One (1) five Hundred ($500) Travel Credit
   5. One (1) one (1) night free hotel stay (up to $200)
2. One (1) two (2) night free hotel stay (up to $400)  The term "Customer" is defined as an eligible person who participates in the Tommy Hilfiger Shop & Spin Giveaway Sweepstakes
3. All Rewards are delivered as Hotel Credits powered by Expedia from TLC Rewards via a username and pin number to use on https://en-us.travelcredits.com (“Booking Site”)
4. All bookings and transactions are made in $USD.
5. Reward: A username and pin number will be provided to customers via email. Each eligible customer who receives a username and pin has until 12/31/24 to book their hotel booking through the Booking Site from date of sending.  Travel Credits full terms and conditions apply, please visit here.
6. In order to use the Reward credit on the Booking Site, Customer must:
   1. Access the Booking Site with their Username and Pin number.
   2. Browse the hotel listings and once they have selected their hotel and room, the Hotel Credit will be automatically deducted during the listings page and booking process. 
   3. Participants must input their full name, email address, contact number, full postal address and payment details. 
   4. Once processed, customer will receive a booking confirmation in the email they have entered during the booking process. For a booking for a hotel stay less than $120 no payment details will need to be entered and any remaining balance will be available to claim on another hotel booking until the voucher's expiry. Multiple vouchers/credits cannot be used for the same hotel booking. 
7. Confirmation, changes and cancellation policy: 
   1. The booking confirmation, which includes the essential elements such as the description of the property, room booked and the date, will be sent to participants by e-mail. If participants do not receive a booking confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of placing the booking, they can contact TLC Customer Services by emailing customerservice_usa@travelcredits.com and quoting their username.
   2. It is expressly agreed that the data stored in the information systems of the Travel Credits website, or its partners shall constitute proof with respect to the bookings made by the participant. Data stored in computers or electronic media are valid proof and shall therefore be acceptable under the same conditions and with the same evidential value as a physical written document.
   3. By confirming the booking, participants agree to the property terms and conditions. Participants are responsible to check all information, including cancellation terms, available before booking.
   4. In the event of being unable to attend a confirmed booking, participants can inform the Administrator as soon as possible by sending an email to customerservice_usa@travelcredits.com and quoting their username.
   5. If participants wish to cancel or amend their booking, they should contact TLC Customer Services as soon as possible through the ‘Amend/Cancel’ section found in ‘My bookings’ on the Booking Site or by sending an email to customerservice_usa@travelcredits.com and quoting their username. Some bookings will be non-refundable. This will form part of the property terms and conditions and will always be clearly communicated in the booking information available to participants before the booking is confirmed. In the event of a cancellation being possible, all cancellations will be final. 
   6. In the instance of a non-refundable booking, participants will have no right to a refund or to receive any substitute offer, compensation of any kind or cash equivalent, in the event of cancellation.
   7. If participants should choose not to travel, they will be classified as a ‘no show’, participants will lose their right to their booking and will not be able to rebook another booking and will lose access to the Travel Credits booking platform. They will have no right for any refund, substitute offer, no compensation of any kind or cash equivalent.
8. Invalid claims: a claim will be deemed invalid if the participant;
   1. Failed to make a claim and complete their booking before 12/31/24;
   2. Failed to qualify as listed above;
   3. Failed to complete the claim on the Booking Site correctly; or
   4. Failed to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter or Administrator in its sole discretion.
9. Any tax liability arising from receipt of the Reward will be the responsibility of the recipient. 
10. Claiming the Reward is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. TLC Worldwide ("Administrator"), shall have no obligation whatsoever to honor any Rewards accepted in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
12. All bookings must be completed and claims received by the Administrator no later than midnight on 12/31/24
13. The Promoter (Tommy Hilfiger) and Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require participant to provide further verification such as proof of purchase and ID (passport, driving license or equivalent). In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
14. Reward valid to residents of the United States.
15. Must be eighteen (18) years or older to participate.
16. All bookings are subject to hotel availability.
17. Full value of the Travel Credits Reward may not be able to be applied in one transaction: dependent on property chosen, dates and other variables.
18. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Reward are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Valid credit card will be required to pay any amounts that exceed the Reward amount.
19. No cash or other alternative Reward will be provided in whole or in part. The Reward is not transferrable.
20. The Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
21. It is the responsibility of participants to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming and completing their booking.  The Administrator cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects their claim or booking. 
22. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter and Administrator, nor its agents or distributors will, permitted by law, be responsible or liable to compensate the participant or other bearer, or accept any liability, any personal loss or injury occurring whilst using the Reward except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Neither can the Administrator guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Reward and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
23. In order to participate in this Reward, the Administrator will use certain personal information such as the participant’s name and contact details to allocate a username and pin number to the participant via SMS. Further information on how the Administrator processes participants’ personal data is available at https://business.ee.co.uk/privacy-policy.. When a participant completes the form on the Booking Site and submits a claim, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent of the Administrator processing their personal data for the purposes of the administration and fulfilment of this Reward. The Administrator shall use the data submitted by participants for the purposes of operating this Reward only and the Administrator’s privacy policy for this Reward is available at https://en-gb.travelcredits.com/privacy-policy/ . Participants’ personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.  Participants’ personal data will be stored by the Administrator for 3 months after the close of the Reward before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to letstalk@tlcmarketing.com. By participating in the Reward, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. 
24. The Administrator has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Administrator will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the Reward. 
25. If for any reason you encounter a problem please contact hilfigerclubrewards@tlcrewards.com. operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm, excluding public holidays. 
26. The Promoter and Administrator’s decision regarding any aspect of the Reward is final and binding. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Administrator which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Administrator may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Administrator and which prevents the Administrator from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Administrator will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
27. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 
28. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be construed in accordance with the law in England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in anotherr part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
29. The Administrator’s decision regarding any aspect of the Reward is final and binding.
30. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, "Released Parties" includes the Administrator, Tommy Hilfiger, and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
31. The Credit For Travel Reward and reservations made on the Website are non-refundable and cannot be changed or modified once booked. For Credit for Travel Reward(s), terms and conditions as set forth by the supplier of the accommodations or other travel products and services may vary and are defined in the terms and conditions as listed on the Website and must be read and agreed to prior to making a purchase. Any suspected or actual abuse of the Credit For Travel Reward terms and conditions and/or Privacy Policy may result in immediate deactivation of the Reward without warning and possible cancellation of any redeemed travel products and services. When booking a reservation through Credit For Travel, the total cost will be reduced by the applicable value of the Reward Code up to a zero cost for the reservation. Additional costs incurred by the Customer, including but not limited to taxes, fees, incidentals, or other purchases are at the sole expense of the Customer and the Reward Code cannot be used to pay these expenses unless specified as an inclusion in the reservation at the time the reservation was booked. Credit For Travel shall not be liable or responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather or mechanical breakdowns, war, acts of God or any other matters beyond its reasonable control. Further, Credit For Travel assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with the redemption of the Reward Code by any distributors, affiliates or third parties other than what is expressly written herein.
32. This Reward is exclusively for Hilfiger Club Members
33. This information is correct at the time of campaign launch, although Travel Credits and Released Parties reserve the right to change details at any time.
34. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of Reward. Any dispute must be settled directly with Travel Credits.
35. Released Parties cannot accept any liability for personal loss or injury incurred after Reward redemption. Any dispute must be settled directly with the venue concerned.
36. Administrator shall have no obligation whatsoever to honor any Rewards accepted in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
37. Void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.
38. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Reward Codes in any of these events.
39. The Reward has no monetary value. This Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.
40. The terms of this Promotion are as stated here and no other representations (written or oral) shall apply.
41. The Reward is subject to promotional availability.
42. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.
43. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Administrator, Tommy Hilfiger, and Travel Credits. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
44. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
45. Administrator reserves the right to substitute a Reward of equal or greater value or a different Reward.
46. This Reward is issued by the Administrator located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Administrator may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Administrator unless mailed to the Administratorr's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
47. Administrator reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
