How many times can I participate in this promotion?
You may only participate in this promotion once. If you attempt to enter more than once, subsequent entries will not be accepted.
How many times can I apply for a reward code?
There is a limit of one (1) application allowed per person and per email address.
Can I fill out the application form on my mobile device?
Yes, this site is mobile friendly, all you need to do is go to tlc.hilfigerclubrewards.com, upload your receipt/shipping confirmation and fill out the application form.
Can I use all of my hotel credit at once?
It depends on what you win! If you win a $200, $300, $400, or $500 hotel credit, you may not be able to use all at once, however you can continue to use the remaining balance towards future purchases. If you win the One Night or Two Night Hotel stays, you will always be able to use the full value of the reward (up to $200 per night).
I am having trouble redeeming my rewards, what should I do?

I never received my reward code.
Check your spam folder! This is the most common reason people cannot find their reward codes. If you checked and it is still not there, please contact us.
I lost my receipt/shipping confirmation that included my qualifying purchase. What do I do?
Sorry, your receipt with the date of purchase and qualifying product or shipping confirmation with order number, ship date, tracking number and order total clearly visible is necessary in order to apply for your reward code.
When do I receive my reward code?
Within five (5) business days of submitting your application, you will receive an email from Hilfiger Club Rewards Team instructing you on how to redeem your reward code.
Are there any restrictions for this promotion?
You must be 18 years or older at the time of purchase, you must live in the United States, Guam or Canada, and you must join the Hilfiger Club or already be a member of the Hilfiger Club. One reward per person, and per email.
I am making a booking from Canada, will my purchase be made in CAD?
No, all listings and bookings are made in USD.
